About 21-day Fitness Challenge

Nothing to join. Nothing to pay. Nothing to measure.

 

Now that’s the kind of fitness challenge, I like. Eleven days into the new year and you may be slacking on the resolution already, I thought it’d be fun to give everyone a jumpstart. Since I don’t want you to think too much about this, the time to start is today! That’s right; the fitness challenge has just begun.

 

Let’s make this a January we will never forget. Each day you will receive a different fitness challenge from me. Participation each day is optional. The challenge will be a change to your exercise routine, a change to your diet, or a change to your daily activities that will help you make a breakthrough.

 

There are some general guidelines that apply to the entire challenge. Each week, you need to attempt the following:

- 3 strength training workouts

- 3 cardio workouts

- 1 day off (every week, preferably the same day)

- Eat each meal or snack with the following ratio on your plate: ½ colorful vegetables, ¼ lean protein, ¼ high quality carbs

 

I am going to send out the challenge every evening for the next day so you can prepare yourself. The alerts will be sent out over Twitter and on our Facebook Fan Page so you can follow me via web, email or text message. It’s up to you.
